My friends and I are going nuts over this Janina San Miguel clip.  She’s a beauty pageant contestant in the Philippines who flubs the Q&A portion of the event.  According to the Filipino Kid, Raf, not being able to speak English in the Philippines is looked down upon.  Our favorite quotes:

The good thing is that she won and will be representing the Philippines in the Miss World Pageant.  Makes me feel okay about making fun of her!
